Terms of Use
Effective date: November 7, 2026 · Operator: Evan McCants · Contact: evcants@gmail.com
- The service. ReelStudio is a free app for planning, making and publishing Instagram content. Features may change, and free daily limits apply (shown in Settings).
- Your account. You must be at least 13 and allowed to use Instagram. Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Your content. You keep all rights to what you upload and create. You give us a limited license to store, process, render and transmit it only to run the app for you (including sending it to our processors listed in the Privacy Policy and publishing it to Instagram when you ask). You confirm you have the rights to what you upload and post, including any music, people and quotes.
- AI output. AI suggestions can be wrong or similar to other people's content. Check them before posting, especially quotes and Scripture (we ask the AI to quote exactly and cite, but verify). You're responsible for what you publish.
- Instagram. Connecting an account is optional and subject to Instagram's terms. Instagram limits how many posts can be published per day and may reject media; we show the limit but don't control it. Scheduled posts are best effort: if one fails we notify you so you can post it yourself.
- Acceptable use. Don't use the app to break the law or Instagram's rules, upload content you don't have rights to, abuse or overload the service, or try to access other users' data.
- Ending. You can delete your account any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
- No warranty. The app is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost posts, lost followers or lost revenue. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Changes. We'll update these terms here and show material changes in the app.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
